Rapid investment casting merupakan teknik produksi yang mengabungkan teknologi manufaktur aditif dan pengecoran memiliki tujuan dapat membuat objek dengan bentuk kompleks biaya relatif rendah, serta fleksibilitas dalam berbeda tanpa harus menambah tambahan.. Logam populer digunakan industri perhiasan logam paduan dari jenis perak, emas, atau platinum. Perak karena sifatnya duktil sifat permukaan sangat mengkilap. Sterling Silver adalah minimum unsur 92,5% silver, 6-4 % cuprat. Pada penelitian ini sterling silver di tuang kedalam flask menggunakan mesin cetakan centrifugal. Flask berisi investasi sebelumnya bakar electric furnance pre-heat. variasi temperatur 950℃,1000℃,dan 1050℃ untuk pre-heat 550℃,dan 600℃.Dilakukan pengujian kekerasan, visual, metallografi , Archimedes pada sampel hasil pengecoran. Variasi optimal menhasilkan porositas gas terendah preheat 600 ˚C pouring 1050 nilai 0,55%. Varasi kekerasan tertinggi 550 950 138,3 VHN. cacat paling kecil diamati dua makro yaitu sandy surface,dan hot tearing.
